The routing commit staged only the prompt rename: its `git add` also named the pre-`git mv` draft path, which no longer existed, and a single bad pathspec aborts the whole add. Merged under an explicit human override of Heart RED (release validation FAILED (stage integrate)) — unrelated to this change.
